  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver all over Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Typically takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city or area.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Flat rate: PKR 200 (may vary during promotions or based on location).

    • Free Shipping on orders above PKR 999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available all over Pakistan.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Since we deal in customized and premium cases, we only offer exchange under specific conditions:

✔️ Eligible for Exchange:

  • If you received a wrong model or design.

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Customized cases cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or wrong product received.

  • Change of mind is not accepted after order confirmation.

📌 Return Instructions:

  • Report issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Send proof (photo/video) of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
